Meggan + Ice = Icemaiden
Beatrice Summers is the daughter of Eagle Eye and Wondrous Girl from the X-Titans from a distopian future. Fleeing her time period for a fresh start, Beatrice's trip through the timestream merged her with an aspect of the powerful Phoenix Force, which also bonded with her mother. Beatrice is now capable of transforming into a being of living green flame, granting her incredible pyrokinetic abilities.
Meggan Olafsdotter lived her life in the most secluded parts of Norway. Being born in a blizzard, Meggan was actually tied to the ancient nordic forces of her homeland. From an early age, she could create powerful waves of ice and snow. Keeping her hidden away for most of her life for fear of her abilities, Meggan only had a television for company, causing her to grow up relatively naive to the world at large.
Meggan + Ice = Icemaiden

When Beatrice Summers arrived in the present day, Meggan felt a pull to search her out, compelled by their duelling natures. The two eventually met and formed a strong friendship, no doubt inspired by their mutual feelings of being aliens in an strange land.
So, again, a bit of a stretch, as again these characters have very little comparisons in their respective universes. Rachel Summers and Meggan don't really have counterparts in the DCU, and the same could be said of Fire and Ice. But, I really liked both sets of characters, being a fan of both Excalibur and JLI, and felt that their looks could be merged well for an interesting image.
And, yes, I know that Rachel Summers primarily wore red during her Excalibur days. But she did wear green for a bit, so it still counts!
I feel a little guilty about Icemaiden, though, since that is just a pallet swap of Meggan's original look.
